The Whole Brain Experience Series

The Inner You: experiencing what you feel now, what you can feel, what you want to feel. Where do your emotions show up in your body, your mind?  By the end of the workshop, you will know how to defuse destructive self-talk, replacing it with self love and worthiness.

The Outer Youexplore how you, specifically, interface with the world. How do you take it in? How does it effect you? Discover ways to catch it early so you can choose: do I let this in or not?

The Visionary You This is your place of creation. You will define your needs and wants from your whole being. You will leave with a vibrant, powerful vision board that actively assists you in manifesting those needs and wants.

The Relating You Explore how you relate to the world. How do you define drama? Is it your definition or someone elses’? Discover how to lessen the impact from drama, how to defuse a situation, and create a safe place.

Your Integrity Space Getting a clearer look at your self-definitions, you will open a field of possibilities and choices about how you really want to be as you relate to the world and yourself. By workshop’s end, you will be experiencing the expanded grace that comes with being even more in integrity with who you really are.

Your Perfect Timing Discover and create methods for checking and re-checking if the timing for something in your life (relationship, project, fill-in-the-blank) is your timing or someone else’s. Hint: sometimes its obvious, often it isn’t.

Putting It All Together Gathering the all methods, tools, and fun of the series together, this workshop will help you maintain you and what you want/need on a daily basis. (The previous 6 workshops in this series are a pre-requisite for this workshop) .

Past Life Regression

This workshop will give you an overview of reincarnation and past life regression. You’ll then move into your own, private past life regression. You will discover where current life patterns began and heal past lives with compassion and forgiveness. You will release previously repressed energy to live more joyfully and fully.

Meditation Sampler

If you want to learn more about meditation and meditation styles, this workshop is for you!! Beginner or long-time meditator, you’ll have fun trying out different meditation styles and practices.

~ experience 8 different styles of meditation, including silent, spoken, visual, moving, and some combinations of these.
~ discover what style works best for you

We’ll talk about what you can reasonably expect from a meditation practice and why it improves your mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Suggested prerequisites are curiosity, an open mind, and a desire to know yourself better.
